Rick is the evangelism director for Liberty Christian Church. He has been a member of Liberty since its inception in 1996. For five years he was directly involved with the lives of teens by serving with the supporting ministry Teens for Christ. He still shares his passion for teenagers with his wife, Gina, of twenty-four years, by being a member of the board for El Shaddai Ranch.

Rick is the owner of Fister Homes, Fister Construction Company, and Compass Realty LLC. He is also on the Liberty Building Committee. He is the father of four children Jesse, Chelsey, Joseph, and Christina.
